Till now there is no way to change your exam centre of mht CET exam once you have filled the form with the details while if correction window gets open then you will be having chance to  change your some of the details only these blocks particularly involved: name, date of birth, qualifying exam details, course details for which you are going, institution detail for which you are applying only.
Yet there is not any notification to change your exam centre details, while it is  officially declared for JEE mains by considering the situations  global crisis, still I would suggest you to wait some time according to the situation there may be  same provision for mht CET but yet it's clearly not possible to change your exam centre.
