Can i change the details in gate application

Yes, GATE provides you an opportunity to change category after filling application. 
You have to login into GOAPS and click on "change personal data". After this change your category and verify other details. You can change category from SC/ST to General/OBC with an additional fee of Rs.750 (not applicable to female and PwD candidates).
