You haven't mentioned any counselling name or state or for which exam you are participating so please tell all the details so that we can tell accurate answers.

Otherwise if you haven't locked your choice feeling and date for choice filling and locking has not end so you can change the order as you want. But if you have already locked it you will not get chance to rearrange it.

So it's better to go for upgradation if you allotted in wrong Colleges in upcoming or you can rearrange in next round if you didn't get allotted.
