Yes you can ,but if you are in IIT you cannot go for JEEadv again. If you are in NIT you can go for better option.

If you have allotted any NIT then you can not apply otherwise you can go for JEE 2017. Yes, you can definitely crack JEE 2017. Refer to previous years' papers to know the pattern and difficulty level of questions asked.
