23 days are really very less to prepare for NEET. they can only be ideal to revise the chapters which have been already studied. Since you said you have not prepared and also the time is very less. So, I'm sorry to say but this is a very difficult situation to crack NEET for this year. As of now, the better option left is to go through the model papers and solved previous years papers. This might help you a bit to prepare. Let's hope for the best.
