See there is no any hard & fast rule, using which you can get high score in NEET or in any national level entrance exam but yes if you are already prepared then there are some strategies for last time before preparation that can be followed to enhance the score. But as you are asking to start from zero so I would say very truly that if you are going to start now from zero for NEET then you should aim for NEET 2022 because it is quite difficult to complete such long syllabus of class 11th and 12th in just one month and score 600+ in NEET 2021, as NEET 2021 is scheduled for September 12th 2021. So what you can do is, start preparing for NEET if you are really interested in it and take NEET 2021 as a practice so you should appear in it also but your main aim should be NEET 2022.
