Yes, you can get direct admission in Diploma in Pharmacy (D Pharma) in many private colleges. Some states and colleges take admission based on merit (10+2 marks), while government colleges usually have counselling or entrance exams.

So, if you want direct admission, you should apply to private colleges. For government colleges, admission is mostly through entrance or state counselling.
