Can I directly computer science after 10th without doing 11th and 12th?

Yes , by doing diploma in Computer science/IT engineering.
Later you will get admission in second year of full time four year Engineering degree course.
But it will be fine to do class 11 & 12 ,if you feel comfortable with physics chemistry.
