Yes, you can do B.com through Correspondence there is no problem but after ITI you can not do B.com . After ITI you can do Diploma in Accounting , Diploma in Management.

To get admission into Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) you must have atleast 50 percentage in your 12 th or equivalent exam. In 2016, MHRD agreed to consider 2 years ITI course as equivalent to 12 th standard. Yes, you are eligible for B.Com. Also after ITI course you can enter into 2nd year of diploma. To join Engineering you must do diploma after ITI to get lateral entry to 2nd year of B.E/B.Tech.
