Sorry to say you can't pursue agriculture after completing your graduation in hotel management course. Because if you want to join masters in agriculture so you have to bachalor degree in agriculture.

I'll suggest you that you can go for MBA. It's better option for you. MBA is masters of business administration. You are pursuing bachalor degree in hotel management then if you are doing MBA you will be able for manager in any good hotel.
