To do BPharma a student should have passed 12th from a recognized board with either Physics/Chemistry/Maths or Physics/Chemistry/Biology as their main subjects.Since you have had PCM as your subjects in 12th you can do BPharma.

Yes, you can of course do B.Pharm but you will have to study biology in your 1st semester.

Yes you can do B Pharma with pcm in 12.You have to secure minimum 50% in the qualifying examination .
