Hello aspirant,
Yes you can do btech after diploma in electronics.It will be 3 years course.
But if you want regular btech that will be 4 years and first you have to complete +2 science.
After a diploma you can go to the btech lateral entry.After this degree you can easily grab good opportunities in industries with good package.
