You can pursue bachelor's in arts degree one at a time if you want to go for regular colleges. Suppose if you want to do BA history and BA Pol science, so that can be done if you choose one of them to be distant/ open learning.

But it is not advisable to do 2 degrees at the same time, because that leads to lack of attention in both of them. Nonetheless, you can pursue as many bachelor's degree as you want one after the other ( unless and until they have an age limit).
