Yes ! If you have finished your 12th(any stream) with minimum 50 % as eligibility criteria, you can opt for b.com in banking and finance . Based on merit based few  colleges take admissions!

But very few universities and colleges will offer this specialization, so look into the website of the college your interested in and check the availability of b.com specializations !!
