Guessing you are a PCB student and you want to do Btech biotechnology even if you don't have maths in 12th
Yes, you can do definitely B tech biotechnology even if you are a Biology student and you don't have math
But yes ,
Not all the college offers B tech biotechnology to Biology students.
For example,
NITs offer btech biotechnology, like NIT Calicut NIT Durgapur etc but you cannot get admission for B tech biotechnology in NITs as they offer admission through jee Main and it is compulsory to have studied mathematics in 10 + 2 to be eligible for JEE Mains.

Jee main eligibility criteria is given below-

For btech biotechnology in SRM, maths is not compulsory. Students with anyone of Maths or Biology/biotechnology are eligible . So, you can appear in SRMJEE .
