In your BSc course you have wide range of subjects from which you can select the papers you want to study depending upon the universities, some universities provide you with set of combinations to select from while fee offer you chance of getting any subject you with for. In honours program you'll have just one subject in your last year while in regular BSc you'll have two subjects in majority of universities.

It is advisable to go through the brochure and website of desired university to get a more clear idea.
