Yes, ofcourse you can do CA and B.Tech simultaneously. But CA has vast syllabus and B.Tech is also vast.

What I recommend is to do B.Tech after that choose CA by writing entrance exam, because Graduates from other discipline apart from Commerce stream should get minimum 60 percentage in their Graduation from a recognised Board. Minimum it takes 3 years to complete the course and then Articleship for around 2.5 to 3 years.

In this case you can pursue both the courses in which you have interest and one after the other you can do other than doing simultaneously. Because if you do both at a time you cannot concentrate properly and it is difficult to pass CA with less concentration and time because some time you need to allocat for B.Tech also.
