can i do btech if i got rt in chemistry but my result says pass and i've got more than 60% in total also the average score of pcm is 48%?

A Bachelor of Technology is an undergraduate academic degree conferred after the completion of a three to five-year program of studies at an accredited university or accredited university-level institution originated in the United Kingdom

No, you are not eligible for btech, it doesn't matter even if you are overall passed. This is because, You have got RT i.
