Dear Student ,
Yes you can do CA, B.com and JBT all together but I'll suggest you not to do so as it would be too hectic and difficult to manage studies of all the three together. Though I do suggest you to go for CA alongwith B.com as if you couldn't succeed in CA you'll be having B.com as a backup. Though it would also be quiet difficult to manage but it'll save you from a huge risk of getting to nowhere and your career will be secured.
