Yes, you can do CA from Shri Ram College, New Delhi. According to the reviews my opinion for this college is :

SRCC - Hands down. There is no second option if you make it to SRCC.

SRCC is a dream come true.

Anyways, CA can be pursued along with Bcom (h) also. A lot of SRites pursue CA alongwith the college and get top ranks.
