Hello Chandana, No, you can't do fashion designing just after 10th. You at least need to qualify your class 12th board exams. You can then apply for NIFT entrance exam. You need to write NIFT entrance in case you want to take admission in NIFT colleges otherwise you can go for other colleges that offer fashion designing courses.
