Hi Deepa, Yes you can ofcourse pursue fashion designing and B.A economics together. You can either opt economics as a distance learning course online or you can even attend evening colleges. Or you can do the same with fashion designing. It's all about how flexible your schedule is and how you can manage it..hope this helps..Good luck
