Yes you can do hotel management but with the 12th marks as a graduation , your diploma would not count or help you in this .. if you are interested then go for it otherwise I'll suggest you to to betech lateral as it also takes 3 years .. but you will get a btech degree and your diploma also helps you in betech ..
