If you want to go for MNC's then having a BTech is enough for it. For MNC's you have to grow your skills in the fields in which you are interested upon. If you are interested in programming, learn it well and you can land in MNC's. It's always applicable to any field of BTECH.
Now if you want to pursue MSc then also you are eligible but that will not give you any extra credits. For MSc you can go for IIT JAM and on qualifying the exam you can go for IIT/NIT MSc and Integrated PhD in IISc as well as some IIT's. For IPhD in IISc you have to give interview.
Also you can go for JEST/TIFR examinations if you want to for Integrated phD.
I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
