Yes, You can pursue both courses as an integrated dual degree course.

You are allowed to do Bachelor of Education and Master of Science as an integrated degree course after covering the eligibility criteria of both the courses.

As per the article printed on “Indian Express” with a heading “Students can now pursue two degree courses at same time” delivers that the University Grants Commission (UGC) has finally given the go-ahead to students to pursue two degree programmes simultaneously.

Students are now allowed to enroll in a regular full-time degree programme to pursue one more additional degree programme simultaneously on open/distance learning mode from the same university or another institution. you can do an MSc and B.Ed together.

Suruchi Yes it is necessary to have 2 years experience in teaching so in reality you can't do both courses together if you are in any under graduation course and don't have any 2 yrs diploma in teaching

I am told that it is not legal to pursue two degree either masters or bachelors simultaneously in any regular or distance studies by some of the recruiters I have met recently can you provide a document from UGC providing this details please. So that I can give the recruiters some solid proof against it.

HARSHITA KHANDELWAL I took admission pg in ignou in the year 2017 and regular b.ed admission in the same year 2017 .But b.ed pass out year is 2019 and pg passout year will be 2021 ..When I was perusing b.ed at that time I attend the pg first year exam(2017) but later I drop the pg course and continue the b.ed ..After complete the b.ed regular course now I want to continue pg ..Is this pg and b.ed certificate valid for PGT post for teachership.can I show these certificate at a time ?

Toton Mondal There is no need to worry about submitting two documents as distance or open degree admission don't take your documents, they just need scanned copies to be submitted in online form, only regular university takes physical original documents.
So you can first scan documents and submit to online open admission and then take admission in regular course

I had been selected for Government job but my bed passing year is 2013 -14 it is regular and MA was 2013-2015 this was an open University, I will get any problem for verification process if problem appear what was the reason to slove the problem
