No, you are not eligible to do M.Tech after completion of Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A). M.Tech is 2 years Post Graduation degree course in Technology.

Only candidates who have passed B.E or B.Tech or B.S (4 years) are eligible for M.E/ M.Tech course.

Admission is based on merit obtained in qualifying exam or entrance exam like GATE, PGCET, etc.
