Can I do my class 12 in CBSE (my regular school )+nios same at a time For backup ?

Hey.  you can't register yourself in two institutions. That's not even legal. Had that been the case everyone would be getting passed.

Hey,
YES, you Can go for CBSE and Nios simultaneously.
cbse is a regular board while niOS is a correspondent board. So technically there is no problem in this you can go together.
