You can definitely do your graduation in English, from English and Foreign Language University (EFLU). The eligibility criteria is you must have passed 10+2 from any stream with a minimum of 50%, and English as a compulsory subject.

The application form was released on February 7, 2019 and closed down on February 26, 2019. Hence if you have filled the form, you can download your admit card. Else it's too late for you to apply now.
