You haven't clearly specified which sort of degree you possess, but if you qualify for the criteria and norms of the colleges in India, then for sure you can do the pgdm.

Where the basic requirement is a minimum of 50% in your graduation, along with the apt criteria set for the high school and intermediate examinations.

Thus, if you fulfil the criteria of the college you are applying into, then you can surely do it.

There are no restrictions as such.
