Sorry to inform you that you are not eligible for doing pgdm or MBA from almost any college in India as you don't fulfill the basic minimum eligibility criteria of minimum 50% in Graduation. Almost any and every college in India has a minimum eligibility criteria of 50% in graduation to be eligible to get admissions. But you can get admission if you have any sort of quota as it'll be a benefit to you and will relieve you upto 5% that is minimum 45% which you have. So if you have a quota great if not better luck finding admissions. Hope this might help you.
