Yes you can do radiology after completing the BHMS course.Radiology course fee is around  25k to 8 lakhs .MD radiology is a 3 year post graduation . The minimum eligibility for which is an M.B.B.S competed with a 1- year compulsory internship.In Radiology subject there are many subjects  like  Radio Physics, Basic Concepts, Production of X-Rays, and Interaction of Radiation with Matter, Radiation Detection and Measurement, Radiography etc..,

Starting salary offers 2 to 10 Lakhs
