If you intend to do research after B.P.T then you should go for it.There are colleges providing Msc in Physiology after B.P.T,it  gives you basic lab skills and knowledge in research methodology through post graduate programs

You can also continue your research interests by enrolling yourself in PHd programs through entry level exams.
