Yes, you can edit your MHT CET form as soon as the correction window for the form opens for it which will most probably open in April.

You can change whatever details you have filled incorrectly in the form once the correction dates begin and can do it before it closes.

After the dates of correction is over, no more changes can be made.

No you cannot correct you MHT CET application form but if there is any mistake in your application form then you can cancel your application from and fill a new form by using a new email id and phone number.You have to pay the fee once again.
