Admission into engineering college is given on the basis of BCECEB score/rank.  In some colleges, jee mains is also accepted. If you want admission then you have to appear exam.

There are some  college which gives admission on the basis of merit. Average fees for engineering is 1.15lpa. if you take admission in reputed university or college then fee will increase by 20-30%. For accomodation, additional 20k-30k expense per year.
