Yeah definitely you can be able to join all such courses which you have mentioned in your respective query but my advice for you is that you should first take the good engineering college by obtaining the good range of score and after that there are various websites like NPTEL / Coursera / edx etc are the name of fee good website's and by seeing your interest I would suggest you to go with the option either CSE or IT department such that your both the task can be run parallely.
