Yes, you can fill the form for both JEE Main and JEE Advanced exam. The last date to fill the JEE Main 2018 Online Application Form is over now.

To become eligible for JEE Advanced 2018 you need to clear JEEMains Exam first. If you qualify in JEE Main exam, then you can fill the form for JEE Advanced Exam.

Through JEE Main, you will get admission in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and through JEE Advanced, you will get admission in top IITs of the country.

Jee Mains and JEE Advanced are the 2 stages of entrances you need to clear to get admission into IITs. Unless you qualify in JEE Mains you will not be eligible for JEE Advanced. Application for JEE Advanced 2018 will open tentatively in the month of May and only candidates who qualified Mains can apply.
