yes, you can definately apply for biotechnology engineering through mht cet pcb group. Since for 2020 the dates are over you can fill form from next year. For filling up the form you have to visit the official website:

http://cetcell.mahacet.org/

there whenever mht cet application form gets available (genrally in march) you can fill the form.
