There are two steps in Filling the AIIMS form that is the Basic Registration and the Final Registration...If you have done the Basic one then you can go for Final Registration and the Last date for Final Registration is 25 March 2019 ( Extended )....

But if you want to fill the Basic Form then it has been Closed
