Yes you can definitely get admission to BBA  through management quota in many of the colleges of India but definitely not any. No government college usually provide admissions through management quota it is provided by private colleges like Amity, Symbiosis, Xavier's and many more. But you need to know that the fees for the students from management quota is very high as compared to regular students. Hope this might help you.

Management quota depends upon college and caries accordingky.

Generally management has few extra seats reserved under NRI, sports, etc like quotas which are filled up if vacant through management quota.

Fees are always exorbitant and sometimes twice the normal fees.

The college authorities have full right to amend protocol of admissions for management quota.
