1) The first round is aptitude round, students will write that exam based on the marks he will be short listing to further round
2)The next round is GD called group discussion where you requires a body language,  etc related skills
3)finally HR round requires the main following skills regarding technical point of view
a) coding skils
b) technical questions related to computer science.
so, you must be strong in technical side, so that you will be getting good packages and hence recruitment will be done.
also,  you need to have 60 percent in graduation
