to transfer from one college you should have very good marks. transfer of college is possible only in the first year. after the first year it is not possible to change college.

 To take admission in another college in the second year you will have to appear for the exam afresh. Also in the same college, you can apply for course change if the college has these criteria but otherwise college change is not allowed with the same previous rank or scores.
