Both University and Colleges are perceived by UGC yet few out of every odd school or University as there are sure rules that should be satisfied. College/College needs to apply to UGC in the predefined design. In the event that the college meets the passing models illustrated in the UGC 12 B guidelines, an UGC Expert Committee will be framed which will analyze certain perspectives.
