Hey Ankit,
As you have mentioned that you scored 66 percent in 12th, you can surely get admission in B.Pharma as eligibility criteria for most of the universities and colleges is 50 or above.

One thing I would like to mention here, depending upon your college/university of interest, apply for their entrance exam and then you can get into your desired university or college.
