I am  sorry to break it to you that it might not be possible.This is because the requirements of AIIMS are that it requires at least 60 percent marks in physics,chemistry and biology.

However,there is a solution.If you are determined to get into AIIMS, you can apply for improvement exam in physics where your score lies below 60.

Yes. You can apply for AIIMS with 65% in 10+2. The eligibility of marks for AIIMS is aggregate of 60% in PCB for general as well as OBC candidates.
Although your admission will be based on your performance in entrance examination. 10+2 marks are just eligibility criteria.
