Hi.
Assam CEE 2020 Cut Off is always decided by Assam Science & Technology University conducts Assam CEE. Assam CEE is for getting eligibility and admission to Bachelor of technology and Bachelor of engineering offered by the colleges of Assam.
With your marks of 96 and being an obc candidate, I'm sorry to say it might not be possible for you to get into the engineering colleges as the cutoff is of 98.
