if you applying PCM then how you get admission in PCB courses.

you must have PCB and also apply PCB then you can get admission.

You must apply for Physics, Chemistry and Biology to get admission in B. Pharmacy. 

You can also apply Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Maths and still you are eligible to apply for B. Pharmacy. 

In which ways Biology is compulsory.
