I hope you are well, about the admission there are very few college that offer admission on merit basis. Most of the colleges usually depend on various entrance exams conducted by the state. But the state of Goa had a few semisemi aided colleges that offer courses without entrance for their students. Usually you need to pass in 12th class in computer sci or even commerce students are accepted.
