Scoring 438 marks with AIR 141764 in neet 2025 reduces your chances of getting government Veterinary College due to high cutoff. However, you still have a chance of getting private veterinary colleges.

What You should do?

At the beginning of BVSc counselling, apply through BOPEE J&K.
Have your NEET scorecard, proof of address, 12th grade transcript, etc. on hand.
Engage in all rounds of counselling, including mop - up
If both SKUAST - jammu and SKUAST - Kashmir are available, fill them out.
