There is no such rule that you cannot go for class 11 even if you have a gap in studies after your class 10 for 4 years. If you are interested, you can go and take admission into the desired stream. Now, it all depends upon the school in which you are taking admission. On a general note, no rule states that you cannot continue your studies even after having a gap. You can opt for private school/government school and you can submit a gap certificate(if asked).
