Hey Laxmipriya,getting into admission depends not only on your marks but also on your category.Even the fifth cut off for Deshbandhu college goes near around like 70% and that too for ST category.So,you can wait for the cut off to fall down.

Now the admission to deshbandhu totally depends on your category like if you belong to minority than at this percentage there might be some chances that you can get University of Delhi otherwise I would suggest you to simultaneously apply for other colleges and universities also because backup should be carried along with a risk.
